The Slave Auction Meme (Continuation from Bakerstreet and Other Starters)

1. The Newbie - This is your very first auction and you don't quite know what to expect. Hopefully you remember your training and don't disgrace yourself in front of your new master. Hopefully someone thinks you're worth buying at all.
2. The Oldtimer - You've been bought and sold and bought again so many times. You've seen it all before and don't think this time is going to be much different. In fact, the only real anxiety you've got is whether or not someone's going to pay for a more than slightly used slave.
3. The Pet - You're a pleasure slave. A bed warmer. A decorative piece of artwork. You're meant to look pretty and be pleasing and not much else.
4. The Guard - Your master hired you because of your ability to swing a sword or shoot a gun, not your looks.
5. The Escape Artist - Somehow you always manage to squirm out of your master's chains. Too bad you seem to get caught after a while. Maybe your next daring escape will be permanent. Then again, maybe your next master has special ways of keeping you locked up.
6. The Undercover - You aren't a slave at all, you're just pretending to be one. Why? Well that's up to you. Either way, your cover is blown if you don't act the part.
7. The Specialist - You have a skill that no one else has. Something rare and valuable. Something your master needs more than anything else.
MASTERS
1. The Customer - You've owned slaves before and this trip to the market is nothing new to you. Still, you're hoping to find something worth your while.
2. The Gift - Someone bought a pet for you, isn't that nice of them? Or maybe it isn't so nice. Did you even want a slave in the first place? Well you're stuck with one now.
3. The Giver - You're selecting a slave for someone else, and they need to be perfect. Perhaps you'd better test them out first to make sure you're getting your money's worth.
4. The Trainer - You specialize in taming unruly slaves and making them over into perfect, obedient, well-trained pets.
5. The Rebel - You hate the idea of slavery, but the system isn't going to go away any time soon, so the next best thing is to buy up any slave you can get your hands on and free them, right?
6. The Companion - You want someone to be with you always, someone you can talk to and depend on, someone who will never leave your side. It's a good thing that money can buy that these days.
7. The Undercover - You're not actually a Master. You're at the auction for an entirely different reason. Maybe it's special policework, maybe you're trying to hunt down a certain someone. Either way, your cover is blown unless you act the part.

Reno licks his lips and slides his fingers down the man's chest, hidden under the pristine suit. (Fabric and cut worth more than some people here, surely). That's already pushing the boundaries of what is allowed here, but— like he gives a fuck. ]
I'm gonna blow your mind in every way possible. Got a kink on your mind, you bet I was trained for it. Even the more, unusual ones— no need to be careful with me. I can get into all the places— [ That part is a loud answer to the first question, for any audience that bothers to look their way. Then he tilts his head and answers right into Tseng's ear— instead of ] —ones that no one is supposed to be in, and without anyone noticing.
no subject
One corner of his lips twitches upwards faintly in the barest hint of a smile, but if Reno is watching, it's a definitely flick of amusement. ]
Mmm. Intriguing, I admit.
[ That gloved finger releases his chin long enough to start sliding down the redhead's toned chest now, sweeping down over the lithe planes of his stomach... And stopping teasingly near of going any further. ]
One more question then. Will you obey orders? [ His thumb swipes downward, even lower onto Reno's stomach, almost in a thoughtful caress of warm skin. But he's seen how Reno can flirt with finding his loopholes - a talent he admires, in fact, but he won't take home a pet that can't - or won't - be controlled. ]
no subject
Willing stock is rare, and there are specific buyers who seek an unwilling one. ]
I might require, ah, a firm hand. [ Which might be an understatement, giving his rebellious streak. But it works as a warning. ] But once I'm yours— I'm yours. And whatever you want, will be done.
[ Which he knows might be taken in a different way, then the surface level flirting. Tseng's reading is right, there are more skills that he posses than just a bedroom variety ]
no subject
But oh, those words have his lips twitching in amusement and a moment later his hand slides down to cup against his cock, hidden beneath what little clothing he wore. His grip is firm - not painful, although it dances along a careful edge, as if seeing what the redhead's response to that will be. ]
I don't think a firm hand will be a problem, so I expect your word to be good.
no subject
Ha! [ A short laugh, and a cocky grin sent Tseng's way ] The best— but if you want a test-run, you have to ask the trader.
[ Though he's still an asshole, and make not allow the removal of the cockring just to get back at the unruly merchandise ]
no subject
Mmm. That won't be necessary. Anything I find less than satisfactory, you will be required to improve.
[ He has fairly strict standards, and he expects all those under his control to meet them. Even if he has to re-train them himself.
For now, however, he straightens and let his fingers loop through the ring dangling from the collar in place around the redhead's throat. Tugging him forward by this, he heads for the seller himself to finish the deal. ]
Remain quiet until we are finished.
[ It's an order - and perhaps a test, one given with a flicked glance at the redhead's face before he turns to start negotiating the contract. Through it all, his fingers remain tucked in that loop about his collar, keeping him held close and trapped in place, the collar tugged taut about his throat - nothing painful or dangerous, but a very real presence, a position of control, that would be impossible to evade. ]
no subject
So, a trainer, huh? Still, sounds like he might have something interesting, and intriguing in the store. Like he looks for more than just a plaything— like he looks for a tool. ]
Tsk— [ When the tug at the collar directs him, and a first command is made... A witty comment lingers on the end of Reno's tongue, but he swallows it. Letting a click of a tongue out, and nothing more.
He obeys. Keeps silent through the entire process, even as the taut position he's in starts to become slightly uncomfortable. When all is said and done— Reno still says no word but arches his brow, his gaze curious and asking wordlessly "so how was it?" ]
no subject
When he remains silent despite the question clear on his face, Tseng just gives him a faint smile. And then releases his hold on his collar, only to pat him lightly on the cheek. ]
Good boy. It seems you can obey orders after all. [ Slightly condescending teasing aside, he crooks a finger as he turns on his heel, not even looking back to see if Reno obeys again, just expecting him to. ] Come.
no subject
He follows, exactly as ordered, but also sticks his tongue at Tseng when he thinks he's not looking. Rude gestures behind the owner's back are free, as long as you're not caught. ]
How should I address you, master?
[ The casual rebellion doesn't stop him from being capable of formality when it's needed ]
no subject
[ What was that about not getting caught? ]
I'm not your master. But I will be your boss. You may call me Tseng, or sir, when certain situations require it.
[ Pushing open a side door, he gestures Reno out into the side street beyond, where a dark car is already pulled up and waiting. ]
Get in.
no subject
Reno takes his seat, noting the details, how pristine it is, and— yes, dark-tinted glass. He pokes at it with his knuckle to hear the sound it makes (and how thus how thick it is) ]
Proper employment, huh? [ He waits for when Tseng gets in, what seat he chooses— there's an idea he wants to launch in proper moment, see. ] Sure, boss.
no subject
[ Sliding into the car, Tseng moves to sit in the rear seat, facing the front, settling comfortably before the car starts driving. The driver's section is also glassed off, leaving them in relative privacy in the rear. ]
Which is why you'll be required to hone and maintain more skills than just the ones you were being sold for. Which I'm sure you picked up on already.
no subject
Got it. [ Though it's nice to have it officially confirmed. ] I'm a quick learner, and who knows, maybe I can surprise you with what I already know.
[ He either got confidence in spades or is very good in projecting an image that he has it ]
Speaking of which— [ He didn't put the seatbelts on, so suddenly sliding off the seat and putting a hand on Tseng's knee is combined into one effortless move. Voice turning velvety ] I also picked up on that you're interested in that particular skillset.
no subject
[ Tseng's voice is mild and completely unruffled by this sudden move, unbidden though it might have been. He does, however, part his legs slightly to make room on the floor when Reno goes down on his knees. ]
You should anticipate being assessed on all of them.
[ For the moment, he doesn't chide the redhead for acting out of turn or initiating this without being explicitly bidden to do so. But his gaze is narrowed thoughtfully on his newest acquisition all the same. ]
no subject
Word of warning, I can be a bit of an overachiever.
[ And once again, without prompting, command, or sign, he takes initiative and starts fumbling with Tseng's belt.
It was a game, sort of. Testing how far he can go, how much is allowed, and what truly he was needed for. Only when all those lines were placed, then tested, he would fully know the range of where he was allowed to operate and exist. ]
I like to be the best at what I do.
[ This actually, is not a lie ]
no subject
That just doesn't extend to being given orders - or permission - I take it?
no subject
I took that assessment already started.
[ Picture of innocence he is. ]
no subject
Your assessment started the moment I laid eyes on you. [ And would be going until.....? Probably until Tseng deemed him 'adequate'. He doesn't release his hold on Reno's hair, keeping his head tipped back towards Tseng where he's leaning over him. ]
Lesson number one: your new master likes control. He demands it, expects it to be ceded to him just by being in his presence. While he will forgive... innovation in your eagerness, the sooner you learn to wait on and anticipate his signals, the better it will go for you.
no subject
Tch. Shame you didn't buy me for yourself. [The last attempt at cockiness, might be true, might be not. And as if to note that this is where his rebellious streak ends, he falls in line with one following word. ] Sir.
[ Control. Anticipating the signals. Hell, where exactly Tseng is in this hierarchical structure.? Questions keep just piling ]
I take I won't be seeing him until you're satisfied with what you see.
